Yes, User can change their plans at any time. They just need to pay remaining amount
of upper plan.
example: PRO to STAR, User should pay INR 3,000 (8990 - 5990) for a year to upgrade plan.
No, We do not sell software, So There is no AMC.
We provide licence on yearly subscription basis.
User have to re-new their license subscription using available plans when their current subscription is over.
• If user do not renew licence then he can access his old data for next 5 years but can not
create new data.
Yes, We provide 30 days Trial for every new user.
In these 30 days, New user will get:

Yes, If a User Purchases more than one licence then we provide bulk discount. Bulk
discount is only available on STAR plan.
For Example:
• 1 Licence = 8,990 per lic per year
• 6 Licence = 6,956 per lic per year
Yes, User can access their business transaction data for next 5 years after User's
PetroByte licence subscription has got over.

• PRO = 5076 + 18% GST = INR 5,990 per Year per Licence
• STAR = 7618 + 18% GST = INR 8,990 per Year per Licence
Our Price Increment factor is depend on Country overall inflation rate. The inflation is around 5-7% each year It means our prices will also increase by 5-7% each year.

Trial Licence Account will be deactivated after trial gets over, it means user can not access account after trial got over.
User Data is safe and available for 12 months, If user's mind has changed then user can start from the point where he left or can start as new also.
After 12 months, data will be deleted for trial users, who did not subscribe for PetroByte Licence.

• Trial period will be included into subscription period.
One PetroByte License is applicable for One Petrol Pump, If you have 2 or more petrol pumps then you need 2 or more PetroByte Licenses.
